Looking for a creative and functional Pilates class in or around East Maitland/Metford/Thornton?
Pilates with GFFL helps to build endurance, strength, and stabilization of your core. Pilates on the mat supports fine-tuning your movements for everyday life. The focus is on control, balance, stability, postural alignment, efficient movement…and fun!
Pilates runs Mondays and Saturdays 8am, and Thursdays 7am. BYO Swissball for Saturday Pilates.

Boxing Fitness Bootcamp

You'll increase both cardiovascular and muscular fitness levels in this class whilst also learning some fundamental boxing techniques whilst you're at it!
