Pilates on the mat: Join our group for core-strengthening, posture improving, and flexibility sessions that'll leave you feeling fantastic. Pilates on the mat with Get Fit For Life leans towards a more ‘athletic’ method. It is a group class at an intermediate + level, and is generally not suitable for people new to Pilates.
VITALmoves for Active Older Adults: Stay active, make new friends, and feel your best with our lively group workouts.
VITALmoves ‘lite’: Supports older adults who want to keep active and independent.
Bootcamp: Get your energy up with mid to high-intensity workouts designed for active adults. It's all about working together and having a blast!
Hour of Power: An hour of Bootcamp level +, including warm-up, strength & conditioning at higher intensity level, plus cooldown/stretch.
🥊 Boxing For Fitness (Seasonal): Enjoy the great outdoors and unleash your inner champion during the warmer months with our group boxing sessions.
Online Metabolic Conditioning (as advertised): Combining strength and cardio exercises of varying intensities and duration, with little rest in-between - you’ll love MetCon. Suitable for clients at Bootcamp level, with good internet connection.

Please note that we prioritise your safety, and a pre-exercise screening form is required to be completed for all our clients. This is also an insurance requirement.
All classes run by a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in older adults exercise groups.
GFFL is not able to support clients with: chronic health conditions, requires carer support, or needs other medical, health, or mental health support. We can however refer to local allied health professionals for targeted care.
