Every year, hundreds of thousands of Aussies come together to complete a powerful challenge: doing a set number of push-ups (or other significant movements) that represents the lives lost to suicide. You'll get daily mental health facts and the chance to fundraise for a great cause.

Since 2017, The Push-Up Challenge has raised a whopping $40 million for mental health programs and services, engaging over 500,000 people to push for a better tomorrow! A dedicated team works tirelessly across Australia to raise awareness for mental health.

At Get Fit For Life, we’re proud to be a small part of this movement. We look forward to the annual opportunity to physically challenge ourselves, and to also raise funds (as able)!
