MOVEMBER - go with the MO
Stride Into November.
Supporting Movember, you’re invited to join me as we Stride Into November with a walking/movement challenge.
What’s involved? Outside of your regular structured exercise sessions with GFFL, you’ll walk or move for 10 minutes, twice per day during November.
Why and How?
Stride Into November is an optional fundraising event for GFFL, in support of the Movember campaign.
You can independently organise your own ‘movement times’ each day, OR, if you’re a current client you can receive a text from me, twice per day encouraging you to ‘get up of that thang’ ;)
You are welcome to fundraise or donate as an individual. Donate direct via the Movember website, or I can point you in the right direction. Donating is totally optional and private.
PS. If you’re a bloke, why not go with the MO during Movember. Love to see the MO variety by 30th, if you can ride out the growth phase! 👨🏻🦰 🧔🏼 👴🏽 👨🏻 🧔
