Do you play? Yes. Right answer :)

We enjoyed a few days of ‘play’ recently, to coincide with the Olympics, and to also celebrate 2 years of being part of GFFL.

Play is actually really important to:

  • Stimulate the mind - improve brain function

  • Relieve stress

  • Nurture creativity

  • Boost overall happiness

  • Strengthen relationships - social connections

  • Problem solve

  • Have fun!!!

Some of our play included:

  • Connect 4

  • Quoits

  • Archery (modified)

  • Table Tennis

  • Air Hockey

  • Rowers

  • Hand Rebounders

  • Orbit Tennis

  • Badminton…and other hand/eye coordination activities
