The Push-up Challenge 1-23 June 2023
Go solo or join the GFFL team and challenge yourself to 3,144 push-ups from 1 to 23 June. You can spread your push-ups out across the day. Alternatives such as sit-ups, squats or tailored exercises are also welcome!
