GFFL named Winner Hunter Region Business Excellence Awards - Health Services.

What an honour to be named Finalist in the Hunter Region Business Excellence Awards in the categories of New Start, and Health Services. To be named WINNER in the Health category fills me with immense pride, especially for the Get Fit For Life clients - for the wonderful Get Fit For Life community we've built together.

It’s fascinating how life comes full circle sometimes. In 2017, I began my journey with a local personal training business that had previously won this very award. I find myself now following in that tradition.

Creating and running this business from scratch has been quite the adventure. From naming the business, to designing its presence online, having confidence in my own fitness teaching style, finding a suitable location, and everything in between - well it’s been a whirlwind. But I couldn’t have done it without the support of clients, family and friends.

This award belongs to my incredible clients. Their words of encouragement and support mean the world to me. From “inspiring classes” to “fun-filled sessions”, that feedback drives me to do better every day.

So to all my amazing clients, this award is as much yours as it is mine. Thank you for being the heartbeat of our little fitness community.

Finally, what we do at Get Fit For Life is not just about the exercises, but it’s also about relationships, and I have to say I’m truly blessed to have made so many friends through Get Fit For Life…better still, I love that my clients develop friendships with each other through the activities we do together.
